Terms of service
These terms apply to Vereon ID, the one sign-in for Vereon's apps, provided by Vereon Ltd. By making a Vereon ID, or signing in with one, you agree to them. Each app you sign in to has its own terms for using it, which apply as well. Last updated 2 November 2026.
What Vereon ID is
Vereon ID is one account that signs you in to Vereon's apps: Tale, Trazr, Offr, Register, and the others as they join. It is free. It holds who you are, not your business's data, which stays in each app. We may change or add features; we will not take away your way of signing in without notice.
Your Vereon ID
- You must be 18 or over to have a Vereon ID.
- A Vereon ID is for one person. Don't share it: each person on a team has their own.
- Use an email address that is yours, and your own name.
- Keep your password private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your Vereon ID. You are responsible for what is done with it.
Signing in to apps
When you choose Continue with Vereon in an app, Vereon ID tells that app who you are, as the privacy policy describes. An account you already have in that app joins your Vereon ID by itself only when the same email is confirmed on both; otherwise you sign in to that account once, the usual way, to join it. What you do in the app, and paying for it, is under that app's own terms.
The price on your one bill
The price you join at is the price you keep, for as long as you stay subscribed. This is for Vereon One's one bill and Vereon's six core apps: Tale, Trazr, Offr, Register, Ledger and Amana. This applies to a business that joins Vereon, or moves onto Vereon's one bill for its apps, on or after 2 November 2026. A business already on that bill by then counts as joining at the price it was paying on that date. We won't raise the subscription price of the apps and people your business already has while it stays subscribed. Anything you add later is charged at the price at that time. You stop being subscribed if you cancel, or if a bill stays unpaid for 30 days. If you come back after that, you pay the price at that time. If a bill is late, your dashboard can become read-only from day 8 and any public pages can pause from day 15. Those steps don't stop your subscription for this promise, so paying within the 30 days keeps your price. Handing the business to a new owner doesn't change its price. A discount or promotion code ending isn't a price rise. It doesn't cover extras, whose prices can change: WhatsApp fees and messages, calls, texts, phone numbers, a connected system's fee or your own domain's fee. It doesn't cover Pulse, Eccho or Morph, which keep their own plans, even on the one bill at 25% off. Tax the law requires can still be added.
Changing these terms won't take this promise away from a business it already covers. We can still stop offering an app, or end these terms, with at least 30 days' notice, or at once if they are broken, as these terms say. The promise then ends for what stops. Nothing in this promise limits your legal rights.
Google and Microsoft
If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, their own terms apply to that account. Only an email address they have confirmed can sign you in to a Vereon ID.
Vereon Affiliates
If you join Vereon Affiliates, its rules at one.vereon.tech/affiliates are part of these terms for you, including how what you earn is worked out, paid and taxed.
Acceptable use
Don't try to get into anyone else's Vereon ID, to get round its limits, or to interfere with it (for example by overloading it, probing it for weaknesses or making accounts by machine). We may suspend a Vereon ID used to break these terms or the law.
Keeping it running
We take reasonable care to keep Vereon ID available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example for maintenance or because of a fault outside our control.
Liability
Vereon ID is free and provided with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for loss caused by someone else using your password, for what happens in the apps you sign in to (their terms cover that), for not being able to sign in while Vereon ID or your connection is down, or for events outside our control, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can ask us to delete your Vereon ID at any time (the privacy policy says how). We can end these terms with 30 days' notice, or at once if they are broken. Ending your Vereon ID doesn't close your accounts in the apps.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you by email first. No change takes the price promise away from a business it already covers.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions go to info@vereon.tech.
